Flame-Monitor E110 Flame Safeguard

The Fireye® Flame-Monitor™ Flame Safeguard Series provides the proper burner sequencing, ignition, and flame-monitoring protection on automatically ignited oil, gas, and combination fuel burners. In conjunction with limit and operating controls, the Flame-Monitor E110 programs the burner/blower motor, ignition, and fuel valves to provide for proper and safe burner operation. The control also provides current operating status and lockout information in the event of a safety shutdown.

MicroM Series MEC120 Flame Safeguard

The Fireye® MicroM Series Flame Safeguard Control is a compact, microprocessor-based, modular burner management system designed to provide automatic ignition and continuous flame monitoring for commercial heating and process equipment. The advantage of the MicroM is zero dependence on discrete components previously used for timing functions. The MicroM, through the use of microcontroller technology, incorporates smart diagnostic LEDs, smart reset function for multiburner applications, optional alphanumeric display output (ED510), and serial communications via a Modbus or E500 Communication Interface.

MII Series MC120 Flame Safeguard

The Fireye® Modular M-Series II Flame Safeguard Controls are compact, modular burner management systems. They are designed to provide automatic ignition and continuous flame monitoring for commercial sizes of heating and process burners that use gas and/or light-oil fuels. Interchangeable programmer and amplifier modules allow for complete versatility in selection of control function, timing, and flame-scanning means.

M4RT1 Flame Safeguard Control

The Fireye® M4RT1 Flame Safeguard Control is a compact burner management system. Designed to provide automatic ignition and continuous flame monitoring, the M4RT1 is meant for commercial-sized heating and process burners that use gaseous fuels. The M4RT1 control incorporates a safety-checking circuit that is operative on each start. If flame (real or simulated) is detected prior to a start or during the purge, the fuel valves will not be energized, and the unit will lock out.

Fireye® provides a variety of UV and IR flame scanners with both self-check and non-self-check capabilities. These scanners require a separate amplifier for single burner or multiburner applications. Fireye flame scanners are used in conjunction with the appropriate Fireye flame safeguard controls to provide reliable flame detection on a variety of burner applications and fuel types.
